Return Policy

If you wish to return/exchange a product for reasons pertaining to size or quality defects, you may return it within 14 days of purchase. The returned goods need to be in their original packaging.

14-day return policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from My Beach Store for any reason, you have fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

If fourteen 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

After 14 days, items must be unused, gear must be unworn and unwashed to receive a refund or product exchange.

To qualify for a replacement or refund, all the following conditions must be met:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our customer service team within fourteen (14) days of delivery date. To request an RMA, please email to;
  • Returned item must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and in original packaging; and
  • All accessories originally included with your product must be included with your return.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless My Beach Store determines that.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

We will review each case individually. In some cases, we may require additional information, such as pictures, so we can choose the best course of action.

Return / exchange process could take 2 – 4 weeks.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and additional shipping charges can be applied to sending out the exchanged item (shipping charges vary according to the selected method of delivery).

If you return product to My Beach Store (a) without an RMA request or (b) without all parts included in the original package, My Beach Store retains the right to either refuse returns that do not comply with conditions (a) or (b) or refuse replacement or refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


If you are approved, a refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days after receiving your return and once the merchandise has undergone a quality control check.

If the returned item has clear signs of use, My Beach Store reserves the right to issue a partial refund by deducting an amount equal to the damage.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card or payment service company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping your returned item

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 9-79 Rusova Street, Riga, LV-1026, Latvia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning your product, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
