Payments, Delivery and Cancellation

Shipping

Currently we offer shipping only to Europe.

Please note that currently we do not ship to USA, Canada and Australia, as well as currently pick-up is not available at My Beach Store.

Rates

Shipping to Europe is 18 EUR, excluding to the following countries:

(1) Guadeloupe, Mayotte, Réunion, Aland Islands, Bouvet Island, Isle of Man, Svalbard & Jan Mayen - to the latter countries shipping is 40 EUR;

(2) Estonia and Lithuania - shipping is 7 EUR; and

(3) Latvia - shipping is 3.50 EUR.

Please note: For heavy items (such as volleyball nets, court lines etc.) extra cost will be added and calculated at checkout and the delivery time may be longer. 

To ensure the fastest and most reliable deliveries, we use DHL Express for our shipments to Europe.

For shipments to the Baltic States (Estonia, Lithuania, and Latvia) we use Omniva.

Your order will include a tracking number and a contact information for a reference if there are any additional questions.

All orders from My Beach Store will be shipped out from European Union. Before ordering make sure to check out your country's custom duty tax policy. My Beach Store cannot be held responsible for any additional import charges payable on delivery of your order.

The amount of custom duty and import VAT payable will be assessed at the point of entry of the destination country. This may result in you having to pay additional charges which are not included in the total price displayed at checkout.

Delivery time

Order processing time takes from 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery time may vary, however we expect to deliver your item within 1 to 3 business days.

Please note: the day your order is shipped out of our fulfillment center, does not count as the 1st business day of the actual shipping timeline.

We make a point to ship your product out as soon as possible. We work with trusted 3rd party delivery services, whose capacity is independent of our own service, meaning their delivery actions and methods are under their own regulations.

Once you receive an e-mail confirmation that your order is sent along with the tracking number, please always follow the progress of your shipment to ensure your availability at the shipping address when your order is being delivered by the courier.

In case your order is delayed, we kindly ask you to contact our support at info@mybeachstore.eu.

When there are experienced high volumes of deliveries, such as during the holidays, you may experience delays in receiving your order. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself.

Delivery address

If My Beach Store accidentally sent you an incorrect item or order is lost on the way to you, My Beach Store takes full responsibility and will ship out your order again as soon as possible.

Please make sure to double-check the provided information to My Beach Store. My Beach Store accepts no responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. After sending a fulfillment order e-mail, shipping address cannot be changed and you are held responsible to contact the respective courier company and arrange a repeated delivery.

My Beach Store holds the right to charge additional charges in the case of changing delivery address if the order has already been shipped out.

In the event of refusing to accept your order or if the courier company fails to deliver your order due to being unable to reach you and your order is returned back to My Beach Store, My Beach Store reserves the right to ask the customer to cover return shipping expenses for the amount equal to that determined by the respective courier company.

Cancelling an order

If you've changed your mind about an order you've just made, you can request that it's cancelled within an hour of your purchase as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact our customer service team at info@mybeachstore.eu. If your order has already been shipped, we won't be able to cancel your order – but once you receive your item you can follow our Returns Policy.

Are your payments safe? Yes! Your order's security is our top priority. We are SSL certified to ensure your data protection.

My Beach Store accepts credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal payments.

We are not responsible for additional expenses incurred by your card issuer or bank, in accordance with your order, or customs fees that may arise.
